Yesterday a few of The Disney Store cast members and I walked in the 15th Annual Jim Gibbon's 5K Run, 3K Walk and Survivors' Strut at Grant Park. Siobahn, one of the CMs, is Jim Gibbons' daughter. He was an ABC news anchor who passed away from Leukemia 15 years ago. For a voluntEAR event, a few people signed up to help raise money for Leukemia research by doing the walk. It was so much fun being with these ladies, that I can't wait to do something else with them outside of work! Our team consisted of Disney Store Cast Members from Orland Park, Fox Valley, and Michigan Avenue, as well as Jim Gibbons' family.

After the walk we hung out and enjoyed the company of Siobahn's family, and the other stores' CMs. There was music, beer, water, and food that we all enjoyed. We hung around for about an hour before we decided to head back to the car. On the way we stopped at "the legs" on Michigan Avenue.
